Moving from Aperture to LR for wedding editing. Keeping Aperture as a library /archive. Anyone know where I can get decent editing actions for LR? Thanks

Lightroom doesn't use "actions" -- it can use presets (try doing a Google for "lightroom presets" and you should see a bunch and because they are merely Develop presets you should find plenty that are free to download). Presets are also easy to make your own -- get a look you like and save the preset. You can use a preset when you Import or at any other time during your process.

Beyond presets Lightroom can use Plug-ins, which are min-apps developed by programmers that work with a tiff/psd/jpeg generated from a Raw file in LR and do some pixel editing and then typically pass the image file back to LR to become part of the library. LR also is set up to directly access external editors -- Photoshop if you have it installed or another external editor of your choice. Again, it is configured to create an image file which it keeps in the library so you can store the results of your pixel editing.

But actions are the realm of those external editors and tend to be more complex than LR presets!
