what's an Ultra Wide Angle comparable to the Tokina 11-16 for Full Frame

i love my tokina 11-16 and want to use it on my 5d (more as a 16mm prime), but it's vignetting indoors with my CPL filter on it. it nearly goes away (indoors) when i take off the filter, but i'm going to want to use the filter for landscapes. i'm hoping the effect isn't as bad with sufficient lighting outside - i haven't had a good opportunity to test that out.

is there a good uwa out there for $600 with optics as good as my tokina? i also love this lens because it's so versatile for filming

Why not just get a super-slim filter?
I have the Hoya HD Cir-PL 77 and no vignetting at all.

because i have an 8stop ND filter I want to keep using for filming. and even with no filter on, i'm getting a halo-effect at the corners of all my pictures (and filming) at 16mm. it's correctable in PP, but certainly not something i expected.

actually the halo effect was only on the viewfinder. but there's still vignetting with no filter - is that normal?

Sigma 12-24, just not super sharp wide open though, and not as fast as the Tokina
