Hi All,
I normally don't have issues with technology but this week I am struggling - on things that seem so very simple!!

I burnt a gallery to a DVD which had about 60 images on it. Tested on my computer prior to leaving and all ok. However when the disc arrived it was apparently a blank DVD. Tried again thinking I had somehow done something stupid (shift worker currently doing night shift does funny things to your brain) but again blank DVD. I got the DVDs back and they had images on them in my end and I stuck one into another comp and no issue. So I'm presuming the issue was the the intended person's computer? She had a DVD drive so I don't know what the issue was!! As far as I was aware DVD's were the best way to deliver photos due to size (would not have fit all images to one CD-R)

I just burnt using Windows burner (never previously had problems). Using plain DVD-R.
Is this a common issue when placing photos on DVD? The recieving person not being able to view them?
Is there anything I can use/do to ensure when I burn photos to DVD they can be viewed on every computer?

thankyooooou!!

You are likely doing a multisession disc. Make sure you choose a single session disc and to close the disc if the option presents itself.

Thanks SDiver.. I'm always closing the disc with each session.
I'm presuming I'm clicking the wrong option when placing the disc in? I usually click "Use this disc as a USB device" or something similar. Is this where I am going wrong?

Yes, that makes the disc a multi-session disc. You should not choose that option.
