Am I able to save/use markers made in vegas to use in AE to help with special effects?

What would you say is the best way to edit in vegas and then import to ae and save the markers. Do i have to use premier? I do not mind learning new ways/software to make this easier in the long run but looking to save some time by being pointed in the righ direction.

I use a {3+2}D Mark [10-8] and a (23-16)D and a Nikon D(75+75)x2s and a Nikon D(38+2)x
