Went on an outing today testing out my new piece of hardware Sigma 150-500... OMG I am so pumped this lens is so much more than I had ever expected. I thought that I was going to have to have a better body to take the sweet pictures that I have seen so many posted but the T3 is an amazing piece.

My first walk with my new T3 and of course it had to be an overcast day. Jumping from a XT to a T3 I am relearning some stuff each time I use it. I'm trying to see how well auto focus points works on the T3 vs the XT and I'm finding even though I use the eye piece the most I do use live view to help make sure I'm level on low shots. So here are a few from walking around Downtown Aurora where I live.

I love this thread! All of these shots are amazing and you all make me proud to own my T3! Here are some recent shots I took, and for more, take a look at my Flickr.

I find that it is easier to just shoot manual. It seems to waste less time, sometimes auto is ok but I find it can delay the shots and I end up missing out on prime shots.
