Last week I met TGrundvig in RMNP for a spring photo shoot. The weather went from sunny and warm on Thursday to Blizzard by mid morning on Friday. As I get through the ton of shots we took, I'll post up the better ones, but here's a preview of the first one out of the can. Tyler, please feel free to post up your shot's in this thread if you want.

This shot is from Moraine Park about 45 minutes before sunrise. 5 manual shots ranging from 1 to 30 seconds at f/13:

Brrr! Nice job conveying the weather conditions. It looks really cold! I like the reflection and the blue overall tones.

I'm looking forward to seeing more.

And then it turned to this.....

I actually got a couple snow shots that I am happy with, but there are a lot I still need to go through and edit. I just grabbed a couple of each set to start with.

I still need time to work on the rest, but I am very glad Jon showed up. I would have never ended up where we did for sunrise if it weren't for him. We were right smack dab in the middle of where all the Elk bed down and graze. However, we got lucky and none of them were there that morning....until we left. We got some shots of one good size male about 20ft away.

All though the weather most of Friday sucked, it was fun none the less. Hiking along Glacier Creek and taking pictures showed me all the spots I want to revisit on a nice day.

Love that last one Tyler! You sure are able to process these much faster than I. Here's a couple more from the sunrise.

Thanks for the comments everyone.

Here's a few more from the morning. Similar view, different magnification. All three are 7 shot +/- 1EV, but the last one is also a 3 shot panorma:

16mm, f/10
