My daughter is getting married this summer in Chicago. She wants to rent a vintage car to take them from the ceremony to the reception and to drive to some locations for a few Chicago shots with the car in some.

Anyone have suggestions for locations or shot set-ups that I could pass on to her?

Also, do any of you in the Chicago area know of places that she should check out for the rental of a nice vintage car? So that we don't make it look like an advertisement thread, just PM me with any contact info you might feel like passing on.

Thanks for your help!

One place i can think of is the road that leads to the adler planetarium. From there you get a great look at the skyline (looking west).

Will she be doing rolling shots, like with a secondary car taking pics of the vintage car in motion? If so Lake Shore Drive seems perfect for that.

Thanks for the tips, I'll pass them on to her.

I am not sure if she was thinking rolling shots or not - but that is a great idea! LSD probably has some nice shots even if you're not rolling, don't you think?

Grant park, millenium park, north ave beach, wrigley field and a neighborhood called pilsen full of graffiti (good ones) which has a vintage feel to it thatll fit vintage cars right in imo
