Sigma 70-200mm os vs canon 70-200mm mkii ???

Hey guys im about to sell my Canon 70-200 f4 IS, and was going to pick up the new f2.8 MKII, but was curious what people had to say about the Sigma OS version paired up against the Canon MKII??

Canon 70-200 f/2.8ii is the best in that range period. There's alternatives but it just comes down to if you have the money and want the best.

Im happy to pay it, if its worth it :D Also going to swap out my Sigma 30 for the Canon 24L :P

iv been looking into buying the new sigma as its generaly thought to be on a par, or slightly better than the Canon Mk1....but....its no where near as good as the canon Mk2, so if you can afford it (which I cant) then go for it, get the canon!

If you're gonna do it then go big because you'll always be doubting whether or not you made the right decision.

Iv been like that for so long about the Sigma 30 and 24L, is it worth the jump, the 30 is great, but i just it isnt wide enough and i keep going back and to lol

I've only used the 24L on my 5dii but loved it. It's the equivalent fl to the 35L I use now and I love it. It's just wide enough but you odn't have to deal with distortion issues.
