Its not a tight fit at all, I can fit my 430 EX, 10-22 with hood on, 30 1.4, 55-250, and 450D with 17-70 on, and EP-1 in the camera section with some room to spare. My 16.4" Vaio laptop fits in the laptop compartment with quite a bit of wiggle room, and I have a lot of space in the upper compartment to put random things like books, chargers etc...

My only complaint (and "complaint" is a strong word) with the 350 is I wish there was a another "slot" that was full length for a notebook or a magazine... I'm a big guy so the extra depth of the bag wouldn't bother me...
