Pretty sweet.

I'd imagine you'd need a pretty sturdy belt (i.e. gun belt) for it to be a little more effective. I wouldn't trust a $5 belt from Wally World holding my camera.

I saw this too. It looks pretty cool. I'm in for a $50 pledge. I like how I can also clip it to a backpack strap if I want to.

I just saw this too and I'm in for the $100.00 pledge. I'm suppose to get it delivered before June 1. We will see how it is when I get mine.

Cheers, Patrick

pretty sweet design . I like how your able to clip it to the backpack strap as well.
- i'm a little iffy though on the 2 star like knobs you have to turn. the points on them might scratch your body much easier.

Can't say I'm the least bit sold on this, maybe with a small camera without a zoom on it.

You're going to hang a 1DsIII + 300 F4IS on this ;-)a You are a braver man then I am.

I assume on a belt other than the one holding up your pants :-)

Bohdan - I may be, and probably am, completely wrong.

I saw this too, but must say I would be a little worried about my 60D just hanging there without any strap or anything, what if the thing breaks...

I own a cotton carrier and have played with spiders enough that this has me interested. I LOVE that it's an arca compatible design... I'd love to mill off my arca tabs on the bottom of my l-bracket and use this so I can use my normal clamp on my tripod AND have some sort of QR holder on my belt...

I personally would never hang it off my belt, maybe it's because i'm 5'5" but i feel like it would get rather annoying hanging off my hip like that. Now where they show it attached to a backpack strap or something chest level more like a cotton carrier I could probably envision

I might use it on my belt, the ones that hold up my pants, lol. I was thinking more on the lines of using this on my shoulder strap of my Camelbak when I go hiking or on my camera backpack when I need to carry all my gear.

Cheers, Patrick

I'm surprised they are only making this now...

I've had my DIY for a while now, and its a awesome way to carry your camera.

Why it interested me. I sport that same backpack as my camera case.
