need help with Rebel XTi and Novatron lights

I have a new Rebel XTI and am trying to use my Navatron Lights off the Hot Shoe, can any one tell me what i need to buy to adapt so it will worh external lights Novatron 334

Click 'All photographic accessories'
click 'flash accessories'

look under 'Flash Shoe Mounts' for a way to change the shoe into a plug
look under 'sync cords' for a cable to connect the novatron kit to the flash shoe adapter

I've got no idea what plug your lighting gear uses.

I like making photos and sometimes I think I'm getting better... then I realise it doesn't matter. I like making photos!
