Smugmug all they way. Paired with their customization forums on Dgrin.com there's so many people who are willing to help. Just read their features and decide which plan is best.

Which default uploader are you using? The default one you simply drag all photos and drop.

Its only giving me a java uploader and with that it wont even let me see my thumbnails and its one photo at a time. Really sucks to be honest, gotta be a better way.

Open an explore window and drag photos from your computer to the photo uploader dialog box where it says "drag photos here"

If that doesn't make sense you can click "Try a different uploader" in the dialog box and select something else like the HTML5 or Flash uploader. Draging and dropping multiple photos at once works for all uploaders unless your using Old Faithful

I tried both and liked Smugmug better. They both seemed to offer about the same features at the time, so I think it was the feel of Smugmug I liked better. Plus they gave me a free neoprene camera strap.

Can I take your picture? "I'll swallow your soul!" Well, my camera will at least.

I tried both and chose Zen. It has a cleaner look that I prefer, which makes it look a bit more professional. I didnt like the fonts Smug uses and how their photo pages look, where the gallery next to the picture takes too much space. Zen's photo page is more about the photo.

Just try both and go with what YOU like.
