Hey guys, I'm shooting a graduation for a bunch of friends who were actually smarth enough to get an education
Its indoor, at TD-BANK GARDEN! Its a professional sports arena. I've never shot in such a HUGE area.
I need some last minute pointers, since I won't have a lot of opportunities to redo the shots.
What I'm bringing
Gripped 50D
70-200 2.8IS MK1
17-55 2.8 IS
10mm 2.8 Fisheye (Thought it would be fun for some group shots)
580ex
430ex II as back up.
My concerns are bouncing the flash, since the room is SO big, it just doesnt seem plausable. I'm also concerned about direct flash, because without a stofen (i dont have one for the 580) it looks kind meh.
I don't expect the lighting to be horrible, but I dont imagine being able to get past 1/80 at 2.8 ISO 800ish without some blur, even with IS on the 70-200
Got any tips and tricks to help me not ef this up?
I know I'm bring the best gear minus a top tier body, so Its going to come down to my skill.
