055xprob one leg hard to spread,help

hi
i have a 055xprob manfrotto , and one leg is really hard to spread

i used 10 times the 055xprob , and only one leg is really hard to spread , but really , i have to use notable strength to spread it

what can i do ?
is there something that i can do to fix it?
or wait ?

You can lubricate the hinge point and/or loosen the fastener that is too tight.

To be honest, I'd have to have one of those tripods in my hands to be able to get specific with you. I have an older ancestor of that tripod and the hinge hardware is different. You're pointing to the approximately right area to concentrate on, though.

Try this first to see if there is some debris causing the leg to be so tight.
