Is there a way to have photo from LR3 publish to Flickr but run through some export action first? I want to add a white edge with text to the bottom of each photo. The text would be the image filename along with a copyright notice. Thanks.

If you have the LR/Mogrify 2 Plugin (external link) installed it will show-up in the publish window and you can use it to add borders and annotations.

Can the text be added to that added border? Can the text be different on each photo in the batch varying say the filename in the text?

If you use the "tokens" function in Mogrify you can vary the text based on the image EXIF (including filename).

But I'm curious to know how many different places you intend to post this same question.

Yes, you can use elements of the filename or the title for example.

Download it and try it out.
