Kekumba - where you are you shooting at YOW? I'm bringing my gear with me this December so I can shoot a bit while staying at one of the airport hotels.

Those pics are actually at YUL, but as far as YOW goes...

Basically you will want to get on Alert Rd for the good spots (assuming they're using 25/07, 25 being the end where spots 1-3 are). Spots 1-4 are all very good (you'll be golden with that 100-400), you just need to adjust depending on the time of day. Spot 3 for touchdown shots, 1 for low approach shots. Not sure if you'll have a car or not, but spot 5 is at the end of 32 and can be fun as well if the winds call for it (though still, when the winds are calm lots of arrivals from Toronto and American RJ's will take it just to save time). Arrivals come in over your head, departures can be seen from directly behind. Interesting when there's crosswinds. Hope they don't use it, though, 25 is what you want.

I can help with interesting traffic times too if you'd like. We don't get much, but there's a few things worth seeing that you wouldn't get at YVR.

Here's my contribution. All RC electric models flown at Las Vegas this last October.

First up a BAE Hawk in familiar scheme. FLY FLY rc model - going about 90mph.

Hope the 1024 X 768's are ok as that's what I have posted at my site.

This Top Flight model was a nice stand off scale model that was flown a lot!

This B-17 model was flown full speed down the runway at less than a foot off the pavement - but the photo I have is too much "stop" action and no blur!! LOL!!

A nice Handley - Page replica.

Models all. LOL!!
