Was this the same day? Was it the same lens/body combo? If yes is the answer to both questions I am curious to what body it was. To see the contrast so different makes me think and gives me pause.

Might have pushed the shadow processing on the second shot a bit too much. My bad. The difference in the sky is simply due to the angle of the capture. This should fix it til I can get back in my studio to finish. These are all laptop edits.

@Jwol, wow, that mustang is SHINY!

Snuck out to a local airport yesterday morning.......only to see one plane in the hour I was there.....yawn! To make it worse, not the cleanest shots I have taken....but anyway.
