My daughter was not into smiling for me at all today at the park (I think she was mad that it wasn't all about her today haha) but I liked this shot. The second pic was taken last week of my daughter and her Auntie. C&C welcome and greatly appreciated!

you did a really good job. I love the second one, it is beautiful. not sure it's my screen problem or the first one a little overexpose?

Thanks everyone!

@fpu2010: the first one is a bit overexposed. It's been so cold and snowy here that I've been shooting inside with natural light all winter and had issues underexposing, I was so excited to get outside and shoot when it got nice, but now I need to practice not overexposing. Good thing I have a good model!

don't worry about the exposure. for photos of baby, the most important thing is not how good you are as a photographer, but the precious moments you capture. you won't regret any photos of your baby, enjoy the happy time with your little one!

The second one is so beautiful. The first looks a bit overexposed on my screen.
