Navajo Falls in Havasu Canyon. Unfortunately, these falls are now bone dry...storms and flooding have diverted water flow in a completely new direction. New falls have been created, but this particular one is now gone:

I've never seen that spot in Sedona in the times I've been there. That's strange what you say about Navajo Falls. Yeah, shame about Navajo Falls. The main attraction, Havasu Falls, was also affected by the floods...its been reduced from two water chutes to a single chute. I was lucky enough to spend four days camping in the canyon the season prior to the flooding. Not sure if they're still up, but you can find Havasu flooding on youtube. Here's a shot of Havasu Falls before the floods (and yeah, that's the actual color of the water):
