Waimea Falls
I felt sad for the people there. I never expected Hawaii would be in a drought situation.
This fall was just struggling to make it over the rocks, and had seen photos of it in better time.

From Minnesota's North Shore of Lake Superior:

Akaka Falls from a few days ago.

Beautiful shot! I was only on Hawaii briefly during my last trip and got caught at the viewing platform here in a downpour so my shot wasn't so crisp.

No, there's a stream flowing from the base, you cannot see it from that viewpoint, it's more to the left where those people are.
But the stream is small, because the amount the water that goes down the waterfall is smaller than it seems. But on winter is higher.
