That's interesting falls, and very nice photo.
Quite a large rockfall. Looks not too distant past.

I appreciate the kind words.

I wouldn't be surprised if the rock fall was recent as well, this was taken in Ricketts Glen, Pennsylvania which is where the Allegheny Plateau begins. It's mainly shale so the terrain is especially affected by the frost thaw cycle and this was from the spring.

Thanks! Yes, I was very pleasantly surprised that all the elements were working together on this. The touch of colored dead leaves scattered on the wet rocks were like the sprinkles on the frosting on the cake. I did kinda, um, turn the tips of some of the turning leaves in the upper left a bit more brown/orange/yellow because there was still too much green in there. I wanted to add some additional depth to the scene. My wife says I cheated. And I did. But... the leaf tips would be that color in one or two more days anyway and we wouldn't be going back there.

Water fall captures/motion blurs all remind me of Milky Way shots and the personal interpretation/expression.
Some I like and some I don't, but I applaud any who are getting off the couch and trying.

I started NOT to post these images here as I haven't really processed them. Only processing was a little contrast, brightness and a little clarity adjustment with the Windows Picture editor. With that said, I still think there pretty good without the entire HDR process and such....

I absolutely love waterfalls.....
