It wasn't so much flare as it was floating mist from the upper falls to the left of the frame. I tried to take a shot from the top of the cliff on the left but it was too wet to grip.

Rattlesnake Falls in Northeastern Pennsylvania. I have been looking to get a waterfall with a whirlpool for quite and happy to live relatively close to this nice little waterfall. I plan to revisit during other seasons.
