Took a little wintry hike to this gem this morning to start off the new year. :-) Not my best since I left my tripod at home, but always a pleasure visiting Franklin Falls in the winter!

Not really sure - I just don't think they are as crisp as they be. Maybe it's the mist from the waterfall that's causing me to think it's not a great picture.

You just saved me an 8 hour ride each way. I was just telling my wife I wanted to see the falls frozen - Now I have.

Fantastic pictures - can you provide a bit more info from the meta data - iso, fstop, exposure time, etc
