There was a carnival going on, and I noticed a parking garage above it! I got some great pictures imo, but wouldnt mind some critique!

looks a little blue to me as well, my monitor is not calibrated though, also looks like it could have used some fill flash, thoughts?

It was just past sunsEt as well.. Guess the combination on certain monitors looks a bit rough. Even though guess some pictures you just love and this is one for me

I coulda used fill flash but was going for ambiance of sunset and carnival lights in the back... I didn't wanna lose the loghts

you wouldnt have lost the lights. you could have exposed the background using your cameras meter and then dropped it another stop. it would have darkened your ambient a touch but made the sky a bit more dramatic and also kept the details of the carnival lights.

then you use your flash to expose your subject to get her properly exposed.

On the second picture I would clone out the light that appears to be coming out of her mouth.

Coolness ain't bad for this shot. Maybe a bit warmer. Nice shot though, beautiful bokeh.
