Digital Pro E Bracket

I rented the Custom Brackets Digital Pro E Bracket Kit and the Canon OC-E3 Off Shoe Cord from borrowlenses.com.
Unfortunately they didn't include the manuals. I did find an instruction sheet on the bracket's website, but it only shows how to put it together.

This may be a stupid question, but as I've never used one of these before-I can't figure out for the life of me how to rotate it!

Can anyone help?
