I bought the 7D last weekend for $1700 from Berger Brothers Camera in Amityville, NY. They only had the kit with the 28-135 but I called and they agreed to split the kit and sell me the camera for $1700.

Calicajun Goldmember  More info | I paid the $1849 plus some extra stuff at Adorama, now I'm sitting outside waiting for the UPS guy to show up. Hope it doesn't get to cold at night, as the delivery date in not until Monday. Remember, Stressed spelled backward is Desserts.

... I tryed to convince my spouse a few months ago that my birthday was a great time to upgrade...I now find myself needing to replace my ancient and looks to be dead ( "Error99" coded) EOS 300D...but the price has increased by $500.
