This image has so much potential, but I think the background is a bit of a distraction. I don't know what constrictions you had, but I wonder if you had any other points of view. Really cool capture though.

I agree compleatly! To me the background adds to the picture, I'm a big fan. :cool:

I don't think the background is overly distracting. I find it adds to the essence of the shot, Turban tying in India.

Always wondered how that was done. Thanks for sharing.

I think this a FANTASTIC shot. Great colors and composition.

I personally like the background- it adds to the place and setting of the photo.

I love the colors in this shot. The background is a bit more raw than you would normally see in a shot like this, and I really think it works well. I have one question though. Is there someone out of frame holding the cloth, or is it attached to a rod of some kind.

I like it, including the background. The cloth he's using is enough brighter that the background doesn't really catch my eye until after I've seen the cloth, then the person.
