Strap Attachment Help

Awhile back I saw someone post about a plastic/rubber attachement that slides throught he camera strap attachment point and leaves a loop to attach a strap through. I have searched all over and cannot find what is was and am wanting to use one to make a DIY strap.

Can anyone help me find what it was? It looks like the attached picture (Ignore the microsoft paint awesomeness).

I know what you are talking about but for the life of me can't recall what they are called right now, give me a couple minutes for my brain to catch up today and hopefully I'll remember...

I use the Adapt-Its with my Black Rapid strap and it works great. The neck straps are a pain and attaching the Black Rapid to the tripod mount gets in the way of portrait orientation. The Adapt-Its solve both problems.
