May 14, 2011 13:08 | #7 I like the idea but with the shallow DOF, looks like focus was on the leading edge of her hood, leaving her face a bit too soft for my tastes. Second, the white balance seems to be too blue. Third, I agree that the grass in the foreground is distracting. One thing that I like is the way this is taken, draws you right to your beautiful model's eyes. JMHO.

As far as brightness, the first thing I did was a levels adjustment. This was as far as I could take it w/o blowing highlights. I've never been big on retouching skin. Perhaps I just need to get better at it but ty for the feedback!
