See title. I know this is doable because I'm a member of another vbulletin forum that allows it, I think it would be very helpful for BST on here, to know if someone you PM'd just hasn't had time to read it yet, or if they're backing out of a deal and aren't bothering to tell you (this has happened to me a lot).

Well yes, but people don't always realize they have a PM if they have the pop up notifier disabled, especially if they're mobile. I just prefer to know 100% whether I should wait on them or not, I've already had one situation where someone had been online but not replied so I sold gear to someone else, only to have the original person upset that they contacted me first but weren't sold to.

Checked "Receive a receipt for this message"? It's down below the text window, along with "Include my signature", "Save a copy in my Sent items", "Automatically parse links" and "Disable smileys". When they receive the message, they'll be prompted to acknowledge receipt. If they opt to neither reply to nor acknowledge receipt of your message, it's their own fault if you choose to deal with someone who's more open to a two way communication.
