I have been asked to do a couple of different shots of various frozen yogurts. Vanilla, Chocolate, and Pomegranate basically cover the other choices and colors.

I'll get the matching fruits and such, but the question is what can I use in place of the actual yogurt?

Worse case is that I'll have them deliver 4-5 cups of the stuff and put in the freezer but I rather use something that I can work with without having to worry about it melting.

Thanks.

Just whip up a batch of Brown 25 and tint it whatever color you need it to be. ;)

Sorry; it's from an obscure movie. Intended as a bit of light humor.
