Yellowstone Coyote

In Yellowstone's Swan Lake Flats last week. The coloring says gray wolf but I think it's a coyote. 1D2N, Sigma 100-300 f/4 + 1.4 TC.

Nice shot. Love the wildlife at Yellowstone, but looking forward to Glacier / Banff this year.

Yellowstone is a photographers dream if you work at it. imho, either buy or rent a good quality long lens (I00 - 400l). We were there last June and I wish I would have had a better quality lens with me. I will not make that mistake again. We saw everything except wolves. It was snowing while we were there too so be prepared for some cool weather.
