G'Moo!

Just a couple weeks of work left for me. I did have an interview last week, and moved onto being one of four people to get a second interview... My next interview is 6/27. ...

Good luck..

Things are winding down here at work... was off for several days... left a vacation message... came back to ZERO phone messages :( It's just yet another sign that 6/30 is bearing down on me quickly...

So we shall see...

Good sign!! June 27th was my parents' wedding anniversary.

I'm not short. I'm concentrated awesome!

Don't think they had the convertible but a fellow shooter did the entire length on as much of the original "Mother Road" as they could find: GALLERY (external link)

There is some amazing Kitsch out there if you go look for it.

This same photographer and his wife are currently doing the Alaska Highway over the next several months.

Outside a Smoke Shop. Hard to tell in B&W but he's holding a cigar... Maybe I should add some smoke?

More "subtle" Vegas signage:

I've always wanted to do that! I've driven most of Route 66 in California and Arizona, but just bits and pieces here and there. My favorite part is in and around Oatman, Arizona.

My name is Lonnie, but I answer to Thomas too.

There was a Chicago DJ a few years back that took a road trip with his kids. Rt66 from Chicago to Cali keeping to the historic route as much as possible. It's a trip I would love to take one day.
