I'd love it. I've only been there a couple times, but every trip was memorable (in an enjoyable way).

You could be like the snowbirds, winter in the south and summer in the north! And for fun you could ride the train from one coast to another. I hear the trip through the Rockies is particularly wonderful

That would be me. I'll be 69 in a couple months, and that's just about the peak age here. It starts falling off right about 70. I guess all my contemporaries are starting to croak.

We like it a lot. Most of the people here own two or more houses and just come here to play golf. There's a lot of money here (present company excluded). For example, our next door neighbor is a retired president of a division of Johnson & Johnson. The people across the street own a very successful restaurant, and the couple caddy corner to us owns two Roll Royces (both given to them by the wife's brother who owns Montana Rail Link). I heard not long ago that the average household income is around $200K.
