Good morning Harm, Omar.

Harm, the beach shots were great. Got me to thinking I need to take my Australian friend up on his offer to spend some time at his place on the beach near Adelaide. January would be a good time to do that.

Absolutely, Tim. Do it!!! You know you want to - and as far as I am concerned, it is totally worth it!

For a trip that long, I need to take at least 3 weeks because I also want to take in New Zealand for a week on the way over, or on the way back.

Hell Tim. How does the day go for you :D

Looks like a pretty good day. Only 4 meetings, 2 of which I get to run, so they'll be short and sweet. :D

Speaking of which, I'd better get moving and hit the shower.

Wouldn't it be easier to just go into it?

4 weeks in Australia wasn't enough to even scratch the surface!!!

Couldn't even think of a "week" in New Zealand. It wouldn't even make a pin prick in that country.

Ironically, this summer has been relatively cool. We've had very few days over 110°, so I'm not complaining at all. I've seen 127° a couple times since moving here 11 years ago, and that's not fun.

My fondness for this place would increase exponentially if I could be certain every summer would be like this one (knock on wood).

Ironically, this summer has been relatively cool.

And we have had the opposite. It's been really hot and wet, raining almost every other day. Great for tomatoes and other veggies, and skeeters. We have skeeters the size of humming birds. :)

We had tropical rain yesterday for football, but it went monsoon crazy last night. Finished right before the commute to work this morning. It has nicely removed all humidity!!

That must be what we had 2 days ago. Nice and humid all day until late afternoon. Then the skies just dump. We got something like 2 inches in 15 minutes.

Yeah, it wasn't that bad, though. This rain came up from the south west though.
