Aug 31, 2011 12:57 | #8895 well, that is just the flow of water, with zero turbulence. The structure also has to be perfectly level, and perfectly round, in order to have everything uniform. But for the water to "split" like that on a smooth surface, constantly around the structure...there is a name for it....
