1) Not your photo? Don't post it!!!

2) Start with great light.

3) Work on your post-processing skills.

1) why i cannot post it as an example? im not telling that this photo is mine or showing it to you as it would be mine, it was on other site, so its public.

2) know that.

3) exactly, the question was what to do get this effect? working overall will not lead me to this result.

P.S.

4) dont know what to say to help, dont say anything.

In PP you can shift the color temperature towards the warmer shades. Even better, the sun was used as backlight here, and it appears that there was a fill-flash or reflector used as well. A fill-flash with a 1/4 CTO gel over it or a gold reflector would produce the warming effect seen here. I use 1/4 CTO gel over my main or fill-flash whenever I shoot portraits, as it provides a subtle warming touch that is very flattering.

Because it's against POTN rules, that's why...

And it's not public just because it's on another site.

Just post a link to the picture rather than embedding it... that's a general rule of internet copyright not just POTN.

Anyway there's no single way to achieve that look, it's mostly because of the nice sunlight on that afternoon. But you could try and replicate by making a slightly warm screen layer on top of your image to give a faded warm look

looks like its temperature has been made warmer, its been desaturated in some colors and maybe overexposed a tad. Also may have been softened slightly and contrast reduced.

And the image has been softened a bit, most likely in post, with a very weak lens blur, I would think. Even that application of blur can be fine-tuned with the opacity control in PS. That, combined with the above suggestions can produce this look.
