I just purchased a used 5D MKII and I have to say I love it. One question, after I take a picture the Histogram appears on the LCD screen. It is kind of annoying, is there a way set it where it doesn't come up?

Bulldog

Here is a link to Canon's site and info on your new gem.

A real quickie about the histogram on cameras. The manufacturer is a little cautious, so the histogram is usually off to the brighter (highlite clipping) side some. Practice with your camera and ettr a little. This will help you when you are working pp on the image later, especially if the image is conducive to noise. (a lot more info is captured to the right side of the histogram, then to the left side)

just a few of my thoughts...
