I hope it's real, but as they say...."If it's too good to be true, it probably isn't". I think it could be email farming, but worth a shot to inquire (use an alternate email if possible) for those of you that are close to the area.

I live in jax and there have been a bunch of high end stuff like this. Then you get an email about how they are out of the country but want to handle the deal from eBay so we are both protected.
