Heh! That goes both ways around, Martin! At leasth that is a question that needs to be asked -- "How can I get it right in camera?" -- too many people skip that part and just ask "How can I fix this lousy picture?"!

actually Tony it's more the way they ask, when they have the tools in front of them but are too lazy to look or try

to these geeks it just easier to google the answer, there have been some replies where someone says i just tried this, WTF WHY DIDN'T THE OP TRY IT ARE THEY LAZY

I avoid those types of threads. People who are new into digital photography expect the magic to happen when they take that image.

the lighting section is where i like to help out, too many fanboys in cameras and lenses for me

but i've been disappointed by this round of n00bs, they are good with computer skills but won't learn photography

and are rather arrogant when you suggest a little homework may help them and want the exact answer now /rant
