If I go down there, New Zealand is first on the list. A whole month?! I would love to go for that long, but would be happy with 2 weeks. I have a friend whom is down there for a total of 4 months (1.5 months left). She's working for a family she knows, helping look after their two girls. She's having a blast and posting pictures to make us all jealous.....hehe.

Ah, a vacation (or holiday, if you prefer).

Beware of the rule of 2!

A vacation is two weeks that leave you too tired to go back to work and too broke not to.

The bird is out of focus, it appears you have massive backfocus as the handler's face is in focus, Get that lens calibrated ASAP

I would say no, it's not odd. Through the winter whenever I start to feel off/blah/just not right, I take some Vit D and it helps quite quickly. Sunlight is a great way to get it, but not everyone will get enough sunlight or just don't produce it well enough.

It wouldn't surprise me if some doses of light therapy would help you feel better. And not just the sitting out in the sun, but actual, professional therapy sessions.

Maybe, I know it said its common here because even in winter our sun isnt the best...

I tried going out in the sun and that, you dont supposedly need THAT much sun for it to work but still...And i was actually taking vitamins with vitamin d in it...

So im not quite out of the woods yet, it is entirely possible i just feel better because of the massive dose i took yesterday and that my system may not be absorbing things properly or something...all i know is i went out to dinner and had fun for the first time in a few months...
