Wel...I'm so happy for you...:p

I read about your little adventure on a bike today

You just need to get out and ride more! :p

It was a bit scary in a few spots today, there are two quick but quite steep climbs on my route, both are on a bridge to get over a canal and then it's quickly back downhill. However, today there was a pretty strong sidewind, it was a bit terrifying flying down the downhill section, I ended up coasting down most of it because I was afraid I was going to hit something and fly off :/

The most immediate exercise I would get from bicycling would be the mere act of finding it. It's out in the garage, but I'll have to move a bunch of stuff to get to it ------ if it's still there.

is this your bike? :p:lol:

That's what a nice flat ceiling is for. I am not exactly a beginner at using a flash, Dad bought a really nice one way back when and I use it with film cameras.

I first work here in 1976, then bought a vacation home in SFO in late 80's and changed to permanent resident in 1996, but my children have been coming here for yearly vacation since 1978.

I see. My parents came here (NYC) in 1969. Than we moved to New Jersey in 1970. My parents opened a business(asian store) in 1980 and bought a bunch of rental properties in Jersey City. Let me tell you that the best time for real estate was in the late 70's and early 80's. You can't buy anything cheap today.
