Free Legal Music with no strings attached

just wondering if anyone knows where I can get free/pay royalty free music that can be legally used in corporate videos?


I am looking at putting together a corporate video for my friend as a tester and I dont have any music. He most probably will just put it on Youtube for now. I don't want to run the risk of copyright infringement and have chosen to aquire either free or purchased legal no strings attached music. I am after instrumental not your TOP 40 stuff.

Where can I purchase or legally download for free unconditional use?

keep in mind if you're using it for corporate use you will be looking at commercial licensing, which for 98% of music is reserved.
