I recently bought the Demi and was just browsing to see if the Stablizing Ring is in stock or not; I came across this:

It even comes with the ELINCHROM Ring :-)

What's to figure out, Mark? You know you're going to get the Euro. ;)

Ahh, see, I forgot which one. Is that the 33" model? That is a tad large, no?

BTW, probably wrong thread, but now that I have yer ear ;), I took family photos which I haven't had time to look at yet. It was this past Sunday. Right on my front lawn, Quadra, one head, in the DO. Group of about 10-15, about seven feet away. Am I going to see light falloff? Or is the DO big enough to cover that?

Oh, btw, I'm sitting on the 50th floor of the Citicorp bldg, 53rd and Lex., as part of my job as a court reporter. I'm taking an auction. The A&P supermarket chain is in bankrupcy and they are auctioning off the stores. The reporter I relieved today was here from 9-5 and didn't do a thing. I too have done nothing. I did one a few weeks back. I was here from 5 pm till 3 a.m. I wrote 17 pages in all that time. It pays $300 an hour. Easiest gig I've ever done.

Hehe, that explains that amazing house I saw you post pictures of. $3k a day for nothing sounds like a tough gig

Wow!!

All I see on craigslist are Pentax Spotmatic camera's, Canon Elph's and some guy with what seems like an unlimited supply of brand new, overpriced Canon and Nikon gear.

Look again now, Rob. Someone's clearing out everything in a photo studio on LI. No Settis, but some useful studio "doodads" as you would say.

Theres always those people with overpriced stuff..

I found it in a whole batch of items which comes up every now and then. Some person stuck with a lot of stuff they don't want or need and just want money to part with it.. Love it when they happens.
