Would be that much better if the background was blue sky!!! Cute though!

Agree on the DOF and can't really tell its a cake... I would have preffered a more vertical look down on the cake maybe 6-12" above it to view the other details.

Crikey. Just read that it's a cake, perhaps more emphasis ought to be put on that but interesting as is.

It's not really supposed to be a photo of the cake, more an attempt to make the cake decorations appear more realistic than they were.
