I have one and it is amazing! The quality is top notch. Just bought a second one for my wife a few weeks ago. I would have no problem paying $250 for one of these bags I can’t believe she only charges $120. I ordered a Custom one and one that was in stock. I use it to hold my lenses during weddings and it works perfect for that. If you want it for caring your camera it can be a bit snug with a 5D but holds a 60d quite well.

Where are they made?
When I looked at the website I couldn't find any information about
where they are made.

Got her e-mail, she sent over 200 bags to Australia already.
I'll post some photos as soon I get my one :)

I got my bag a few days ago, and all I can say is I am in LOVE!

Let me start with this...I am a girly girl. I like pretty things. I like to carry pretty things. I am also a mom of two young children, so I need a bag that will not inhibit my mom duties (something that won't slow me down at the park or get in the way while I am carrying the baby...not to mention the diaper bag!) This bag is perfect for my needs!

I bought the medium sized one. She just came out with a larger one. But this one works for my purposes. It fits my 7D (non-gripped), flash and one extra lens. Perfect for a day out with the family. It is a snug fit though. With no flash, I can tuck one of the extra pockets back and create more space for the camera. I can also put my keys, phone, a lipgloss and a small wallet (she actually includes a little zipped pouch which I have been using to put in some cash and my cards).

It is build really well. There is a good 3/4 inch (at least) of foam at the bottom of the bag and a good amount of foam around the outside. My camera feels snug and secure in there. But the foam she uses to make the bags is not stiff. It is softer than I have felt, which makes the bag softer. I had a crumpler before, and it was so stiff that it just felt weird to carry around...like I had a big round ball hanging off my side.

I love the little things she thought of. Like the tapestry material used on the lid is carried through under the flap and again inside the bag. And the buckle that holds the lid closed is under the lid, so it makes it extra secure. (no one could easily open the lid if it is buckled closed) She also created some extra pouches on the front for phones and a zippered pocket, as well as another slim zippered pouch inside the bag (I bet it would fit an iPad?)

I love that it doesn't look like a camera bag. In fact, I was walking around with my friends for a good hour carrying the bag, and one asked why I didn't bring my camera that day!

It is seriously one of the most beautiful bags I have ever seen. I would gladly carry it as a day bag (I hope she never starts making non-camera bags...my paypal account would be less than pleased!) I have it hanging off a closet door in my hallway, and every time I walk past, I can't help but reach out and touch it. The quality of the craftmanship and the quality of the materials she uses is incredible! IMO, it is worth much more than her $125 asking price, especially for a custom. It took about 2.5 weeks from when I ordered the bag to delivery.

I would highly suggest Porteen to anyone looking for a stylish, well made camera bag that looks different than the norm.

Has anyone here gotten the larger bag? I'm having trouble finding reviews or pictures of it in use.

I got one and I love it! I have a rebel t1i and it fits great with my lens. I do take an extra battery and sometimes I take my flash. I'll get a picture today and figure out how to upload it.

I have the medium size bag. (12"L x 6"W x 8 1/2"H) She wasn't making the larger sizes when I ordered mine back in May.
