After having just the 35mm and 50mm on my crop sensor, the FOV difference is going to change things a bit. 35mm is pretty wide compared to what I'm used to.

Haha, tell me about it! I had the same issue when i went from a 60D to the 5D. The only thing i miss in terms of FOV when i was on crop was having my 85mm being near a 135mm and still having f1.4. Now my only option on FF is to buy an extender and lose maybe a stop of light or ditch out the cash for a 135mm L :/.

I had the 135L for a while, it's a mighty fine lens, and it's very stealthy compared to a 70-200L or 70-300IS. You will not be disappointed with the 135L

word. the 50mm focal length was really hard for me to get used to after i switched to full frame

Thank you guys! Btw, how's everybody's focusing working? When I was trying to shoot the stars, it felt like the focusing is a little off when it was set to infinity. Have to do some controlled testing later..
