Finally got a half decent pic of one of these guys but it is a heavy crop. They seem to be very hard to get close to in the wild.

You done good - nice shot. I don't know if they venture this far north, I'll have to check the maps and see :)

I'm glad to hear you say it. I chased one around the neighborhood all day last summer and didn't get anything better than what you did. But a good effort, nevertheless.

They like to perch high in the trees or hid away in my experience. Don't often get a chance to get one up close.
