Thanks everyone. Glad you are enjoying my blog! I try to update it frequently so check back from time to time. I just finished writing the newest installment of my flying the line series (external link). Here's a link to the article (external link) and I posted a teaser photo below. It's a supercell thunderstorm over central Texas. You'll have to read the post to find out how it ends.]

If these are from May 24th I was on the ground looking up at those storms! At last count I think it was 8 or 9 confirmed tornadoes around the DFW metroplex. Love the blog!

very cool.

just bookmarked your blog.

as an air traffic controller in cleveland center at the start of thunderstorm season, i'm fascinated by your thunderstorm pictures. it really helps to see things out the window, instead of on the scope to see how it impacts you and your route of flight.

word is they're going to bring back fam trips for us, so we can sit with you guys and annoy you with questions! :D

you sure don't get views like that in a 172.

Like many others I have to say that's an awesome blog. I've read only about ten minutes, but I'll save it for Sunday morning with a pot of coffee.

I love to have something good to read when the house is quiet, the world is waking up and I'm drinking a fresh cuppa joe!

Super photography too.

Cheers !

Wow! That's a real compliment. Thanks.

I hope you guys get to do the FAM trips again. That was a great program. We always learn a lot from talking to controllers. Maybe I'll talk to you next time we fly across Ohio.

As a frequent flier I love your pics and the blog. I'll even try the pen trick in the window.

Hate flying through weather, hate turbulence, sometimes really dislike flying so dang much but love, love, love the view. Thanks.
