These pictures look good, especially #7 looks good. However, the water's reflection is distracting while the subjects are underexposed. It looks like there's lots of sunshine entering the pool, causing the reflections. Could you share some EXIF data with us?

I set 1/200 f/5 ISO 400 and I used the Nissin flash just to compensate the light coming from the big windows in the background.
From my perspective the shots are not underexposed, they reflect the light in the swimming pool, it was a very hard light to manage.

You're right about the exposure, looking at them using another screen now. I've got no experience using a polarizing filter, but it should reduce the reflections. Don't know if it works for you though
